I don't know how you find the time/funds with your finals etc to keep this and your MKIV GT TDI so well maintained, they are both so immaculate.

BTW are you keeping the black grille badge if going for the complete OEM look, i assume it is not original [?]

Glad to hear you aren't going to mess the car up doing pointless modifications that detract from it's originality- unlike every other MKII out there it would seem.

That said there is one mod I'd put on the car, one of these

Though to wear it the car would have to do a few laps. Top fun and what the MKII was made for.

@02Bora - The black grill badge is correct for the MK2 GTI. Here's another of the same vintage. I love Monza Blue.

Reckon black badge is original on an 89 vintage MKII GTI as well, just like mine.

I do like Monza Blue as well, I had a GTX in it. But I don't think I've seen a MKII looking as good in any other colour as your white one. Mars? Red was another good colour.
