Gave the car a good clean up today, as promised here are more pics of her. My only complaint is that the stereo is rubbish and I'm not one for putting the volume right up

cant wait to get my one - has been ordered since the start of march

red, 3 door, front centre armrest, highline computer, winterpack.

it is currently ordered with the 17s - have never seen the 18s before and they look ace!

spoke to my dealer and he said if i changed my order to 18s it will probably take considerably longer for me to get it!

can anyone confirm this??

Big dilema!!!

leave it as it is and get it prob end of may or change it to the 18s (whcih look ace) and have to wait longer. grrrr!

go for the 18";'s they really do make the difference , they are quite a head turner too ;o))

very easy to keep clean which is always a bonus. My dealer has to send me down an 18" due to mine having a small scratch , apparently there is a minimum of a six week lead time on the 18" monza alloys.

this should not affect me does it - my car is not due for another 8 weeks

or will this put another 6 weeks onto the delivery date i have been given?

Ha ha, yep just cleaned the cars and didn't put them down properly. Thats what I like to see attention to detail, note the cleaning clothes and bucket in the background []

Good pics of your red GTI Stu. I'm going to be another GTI owner next month in the Berkshire/Hampshire area - we'll have to meet up sometime!!

Ordered a steel grey 5 dr, with centre console CD changer. May add the Highline option for ?45, but the extra benefits hardly seem worth it. Ordered it at end of Jan, and now being told it won't be with me until late May! []

Notice TWO buckets in your photos. That must have been some scrubdown you gave your car Stu, with two lots of suds!! []
