Minimum wheel size for a 4 Motion

If your not lowered and depending on the profile of the tyre I don't see why not..

I think the size of the brakes will not allow you to go down to a 15" What size is the spare or isn't there one?

I'm not lowered, Just normal calipers on 321mm discs.

Here's a good reason - because they won't fit over the brakes.

16" is the smallest wheels you'll get on a 4Mo. 4Mo OEM Brands Hatch's should be easy to pick up fairly cheaply though.

I was looking at a 15" set on ebay with winter tyres, 1 day auction or buy now £150.

I would have thought 16" is the minimum too, but it would be a very tight fit.

I had trouble finding 17" splits that fit over my 4 pots too so I gave up and just stuck with my rs4 reps, but even then the clearance from spoke to caliper is a bit tight without spacer.

i struggled to get 15s on my mate's standard 1.9gti, the balance weights were catching on the rear caliper on one side
