Right im after some Meg's Wheel Brightener, problem is that its only sold in gallon containers as its a trade product and its diluted 4:1 so that means it'll make over 15litres of the stuff, a little too much for my needs. I'm thinking if anyone is interested i'm willing to buy a gallon of the stuff and then sell quantities of like 500ml (2litres in real terms) for pretty much cost price, done some sums and if i get 6 people interested, each having 500ml it works out about ?6 all in. So is anyone intested? Just to compare, AutoGlym Clean Wheels retails at ?9.99 for 1litre, buy 500ml of wheel brightener and your getting 2litres diluted for alot less AND the Meg's stuff is better , not a bad deal i dont think....

Let me know if anyone is interested.....

some more information, (NOTE: Meg's Wheel Brightener isnt suitable for polish aluminium or anodised wheels)

from polished bliss:

Meguiar?s
Wheel Brightener is the product of choice for professionals looking for
a powerful wheel cleaner that quickly and effectively removes tough
brake dust. There is a thin line between effective cleaning and
dangerous to use products; Wheel Brightener gives users the ultimate in
flexibility, cleaning and safety with one product.

from autogeek.net

A professional grade wheel cleaner for factory coated wheels!

How
does the body shop always get your wheels so clean? You?ve tried to
replicate those results at home, but your wheel cleaner always falls
short. We?ll let you in on a little secret; the professionals use Meguiar?s Wheel Brightener.

Meguiar?s Wheel Brightener is a super concentrated wheel cleaner for clear coated, factory painted, and chrome wheels. It easily removes brake dust, tar, dirt, and grime with little or no scrubbing. With a dilution ratio of up to 4:1, Wheel Brightener is an easy choice for cost-conscious detailers. You can get sixteen 32 ounce bottles of wheel cleaner out of one gallon of Wheel Brightener!

Meguiar?s Wheel Brightener is for professional use.
Dilute as directed. Do not use on polished aluminum or anodized wheels.
For severe accumulation of brake dust, use a wheel brush to agitate the
wheel surface. Spray on and let sit for 30-45 seconds before rinsing.
Wash one wheel at a time.

As Meguiar?s says, there?s a fine line between effective cleaners and dangerous chemicals. Meguiar?s Wheel Brightener is one wheel cleaner that is both safe and effective on factory coated wheels.

Just thought I'd tip you off about it .

DO NOT USE THIS STUFF ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN PAINTED WHEELS !!!

If you use it on polished or anodised it will ruin the finish, its that harsh [:O]

If you think AG wheel cleaner takes your breath away, this will almost kill you.

However, if you have painted rims like Monty2's, your fine.

Not sure about Anni rims though [^o)]
