Thought I'd post them up here, seeing as theres quite a few!

Big thanks to Andymac, L33JSA and Rye and his mate for assiting in the taking of the shots [Y] Also thanks to everyone who turned up! We tried to get a shot of every car but some didn't turn out as expected, but we did still manage to get at least one good shot of every car.

First up we decided to take some shots from the rear of a car, sitting in the boot. Speed was kept between 20 and 25mph. In hindsight this could of been increased to allow for more background blur and sense of motion in the shots - still not bad for a first attempt!

We then swtiched to a lower position, with L33JSA (Lee) hanging out of a side door to take some shots. These provided more sense of motion and gave some great 'blur' [:D]

Some absolutely AWESOME shots there dude!! Loving them all!

However you seem to have changed your front spoiler on the same night!!! Lol

Quality pics, what camera they taken with?

Andy
Cheers! I forgot to put the front valance on for the first set of shots [:$]

Pics were taken with a Canon EOS 20D using an EF-S 17-85 IS Lense. All were taken using Tv mode and manual focus.

If doing it again I would still use Tv mode but opt for auto focus, but use the viewfinder s elector to choose where the point of focus would be. Also a low level flash gun would of been handy. not bad for a first attempt though!

Them cars look absolutely unbelievable. I'm really impressed with the blue one (jazz-me's i think?) Them front fog lights really set it off, might have to invest in a pair of them.

That's Canon speak for "S" (shutter priority) if I'm not mistaken?
Yes thats right, Its shot for Timing value - It lets you set the time the shutter stays open for, but auto sets things like apeture and exposure levels.

Crabs - my second pic is missing? And maybe you can merge this thread with http://www.uk-mkivs.net/forums/thread/643160.aspx

Some really good pics there :)
Your pis is there, just takes a while to load in.

Didn't want to post these pics in that thread as it would take ages to load! Will link it though.

Good pics btw, those night shots turnout out well [Y]
