SUCCESS!!!
After slathering in SeaFoam DeepCreep stuck nut loosener & using a US.Pro Extender Ratchet, hitting with a hammer or two it slid off no problem.
For those reading as a proper help and not some Incel bants chatting sh💩t, as can see this isn’t a Nyloc or serrated Lock nut but a squashed top thread Lock nut.
Can also see the burring of the nut edges when in its Locked position so use as recommended a quality hex socket planted squarely over the nut plus the extended ratchet gave that extra torque needed after much use of the SeaFoam DeepCreep penetrating spray.
Don’t give up, take your time & persevere you’ll get there…
