Lights!

Hi guys, so this weekend i had a new front bumper arrive while i took the other one off i decided to clean where i couldnt clean before, doing this i decided to remove the head lights, unplugged and put to one side, once all cleaned (no product on the headlight) i plugged them back in and my headlights no longer work, i have sidelights and on my dash my high beam is always on, even after switching the stalk, however no other lights apart from the sidelights. Can someone offer any help? Ta
