What do you chaps think to a LCR front splitter on my Rieger RS4 look front bumper? Reason i want a splitter now is the rieger i have sits very low to the ground as it is and the car is on standard shocks and springs! I thought a little protection such as a splitter might protect the bumper better and keep the paint from scraping off. So a LCR splitter came to mind. Probably not a direct fit but im sure a little "custom" work will sort it out. Pic of my front bumper: (please note this is NOT my car, and that picture has a splitter on it)

Inaccessible picture mate.

CupraR splitter is a very good idea..... think they only cost something like ?15, so im certainly not gonna worry about it getting caught when i get mine. Unpainted too, keeps cost down whilst protecting that rather pricey looking bumper [:D]

I bought this today from my local SEAT dealer. Cost 23.05 inc vat. As i drove into the dealership parking there was a dip in the entrance and yeh, you guessed it. Scraped the bottom front of my R32 bumper AGAIN. Not impressed. Thought i definitely need one now!

ok, lcr front splitter now on and fits like a glove. looks the part too! all you need to do is chop a little off the 2 main centre brackets and chop appx 1 inch off each end of the splitter. line up how and where you want the splitter to go on your front bumper. drill 8 holes in the splitter and place it under the bumper to mark up where to drill the underneath of the bumper, then screw away! file down the ends to line up and look better. many thanks to deejay for his hard work.
