ok..had it fitted and it looks and sounds class!! finally my engine can breath properly [^][^]
Can you tell me the differences you are feeling with the CAI on now? what have you noticed?? alot different then stock?? whats acceleration/pull like?? have you noticed anything in a specifc gear/ rev range???
Oh and any pics??

yeah enquiring minds want to know.
The carbonio has a K+n filter on which gives it a nice growl and when coming off accelerator or changing changing gear will give you a nice whoosh noise! However get it remapped and turn up the boost and that whoosh becomes a very loud and pedestrian scary whoosh!
I have found that it doesn't make as nice noise as my old fiesta zetec-s with a pipercross on, but it does sound nice,maybe even like a scooby growl[]
It defiantley lets the car breath better,it wont give great gains in torque/bhp if at all but it pics up better especially on a nice cool evening/morning

i havent noticed a great gain in performance, but does seem to pick up a bit better and has lost some of that turbo lag!!..i wanted the growl and yes it does remind me of a scooby!! i am happy with it..ive only had it on since lunch time 2day so ill see how it goes through the week when i drive about more cause i havent been far 2day!! [^] ill sort some pictures out really soon!

LOl.. Deadlock.. we seem to be doing the very same mods at the same time ! I got my milltek a week or so before you and now we are both trying to decide between carbonio or modding the standard airbox ! i'm thinkin the same as you too.. mod the standard box.. if i'm not happy with that, i'll go for the carbonio.
