just bought a Bosch maf sensor from euro car parts, and in the maf sensor conector there is 5 prongs, and on my lead from the car has only 4? what does this mean? is it the wrong part?

do you think there should be the same amount of prongs as clips on the lead? thanks

Some cars have 5 prongs but only use 4 [y]

Check it against your old one to make sure its correct.
check the part numbers like dan says, then you'll know for sure.
they took my old one to refurb and gave me 25pound of the price?
