Any one ever used this brand??...........Are they any good??................
not heard that name for a while! are they still going?! i dont think many if any people use jamex on here on their MK4's really? People tend to use H&R, eibach, FK, koni, KW. Jamex are old skool! Didnt they rename under GMAX? If so, STAY WELL AWAY!

I am running jamex on mine, only fitted springs. didnt change dampers.

depends on what mileage your dampers have done already. If already high mileage then think about changing em, but I would say if you were gonna change dampers you might as well get a matched kit.

You can buy jamex height adjustable coilovers on ebay for around £200 mark new. People rate them ... Vmaxx quality but abit cheaper, also similar are JOM. They come with 3 yrs Gtee too so cant be that bad! ... Just stay away from raceland/hottuning/rokkor (mainly from belgium)
