Car: S Reg, Golf MKiv 1.4 Petrol
Everything standard as yet.

I'm a little unsure.
When I turn right I get what can only be described as a rattling noise coming from underneath the car, but I can't seem to localise exactly where from.

The rattling noise only happens when I turn right and only with the accelerator on.
As well as the rattling noise I also get what seems like my engine noise getting even louder in volume.
- As if my car's exhaust has suddenly lost it's ability to silence the engine, but then when I turn straight, all of the noise goes away.

It doesnt seem to affect drivability at all.

-I've tried reproducing it by going round in circles in a car park and not hitting the accelerator.
No noise happens there so I dont imagine it's anything rubbing on the wheels, but then I cant be sure.

Anyone with any ideas?

Thanks for the help anyone. [:D]

Hey pal.
It turns out it was a bent exhaust for me.
Plus the heat shield of the exhast was rattling so they pulled it off.

Guys at my local garage welded the exhaust and straightened it out at no charge.
- I was getting some other work done at the same time though.
