So a guy I know has a totaled Jetta TDI manual which is older than my
car (I believe a 2003) and he said he's willing to sell parts off of it.
Now my car is a 2004 Golf TDI with the PD motor and his car I think has
the VE style motor. Is there anything better on the VE motor that I can
put on mine like a bigger air plenum, turbo, etc???

Also are these parts interchangeable???

-power mirror converted over to manual (mine are broken and they are manual)

-egr valve (plan on using it for an egr stealth delete and using my original as a back up)

-rear fold down seats (he has full leather with heated front seats)

-will his gauge cluster plug and play if it has the obc with the mpg

I was also planning on getting the cruise control stalk and wiring too.
The Jetta vents did cross my mind too, but the dash is pretty mangled in
the car so I would imagine the vents are done too.

LOL no worries as long as there both PD then most parts should fit as for the turbo you need to know which turbo you use wastegate/VNT as the 130pd/150pd use the VNT

I think theres little difference`s with the way the manifolds line up to

What engine code is it? bhp

I`m sure there`ll be someone along to correct me [:D]
