Most RX8 drivers I see, seem to blond Burberry handbag types so perhaps they need to see at night where first gear is! [B)]

The current BMW M5 has an illuminated top to the gear knob, so it can't be in such bad taste! Never seen it on a 'chavved' up motor either...

One of my mate's got one in his car, and it lights up blue. I must say it really does look nice, and not at all maxpower.

I guess it would look very naff if it lit up REALLY BRIGHT!! that would be MaxPower styleee

Yes mate. But not chopped the shaft down. I am quite intrigued though and might cut it down a little.

It started off as a group buy, then we each had to call the company direct so cage phoned on both our behalves (what else are good neighbours for?). Mine turned up but because nick wanted 6 speed it never showed up. Hopefully he'll be able to dig up the contact details. IIRC it was around ?55.
