I WAS JUST WONDERING IF THESE SCRATCHED YOUR CAR OR NOT? ARE THEY ANY GOOD?

They dont scratch the paint, what you need to do though is wipe it after every pass over, just to make sure you havent picke d up any dirt/grit.

Go buy one now !!!

I've had mine around a year. Haven't had any problems with scratches and it cuts drying time in half

Make sure you get the proper Hydra Flexi blade (branded as A/G as well), not the Turtle Wax one, which is not nearly so good. The latest ones have a triple edge instead of the T end of the older ones.

i use one.......swear by it........

just rinse car before using it to ensure grit etc has gone.....

as its the grit that COULD scratch, NOT the blade itself.

they do NOT scratch......

only bad useage makes the grit under them scratch

I bought one of these, Frost Flexi Blade, as recomended by Autoexpress.

Find it superb and it definitely doesn't leave scratches.

nope, the blade itself will not scratch......

its the left over dirt from bad prep that will scratch

Yep i've got the A/G flexi blade it's more flexible then the Hydra blade and as long as you clean it everytime and make sure there is no grit on it then it will be fine.

If you get scratches with a blade, then you will get scratches with a leather, a cloth, or whatever you use, as you haven't rinsed all the grit etc from the surface of the car.

Make sure you wipe the blade after each stroke, with a m/f cloth or similar that you can then throw in the washing machine ready for next time.

The scratches might also have some from a sponge, if you insist on using them, as they WILL trap the grit and then scratch the car.
