Ime paying ?300 fully comp for my 2001 GTTDI but ime an old fart of 34 !

You guys paying over ?1000 need you head looking at IMO.

I suppose living at home with your parent and no outgoings you can

justify the money.

yer living at home is kinda cool in a geeky sense lol, mine is gonna be 2100 with alloys, lowered, exhaust, cai, side skirts , front n rearr valance, 300 pound extra not to bad, getting it chipped however oh dear, were talking about 3300 pounds [:|]

I renewed my insurance with Elephant, cost ?556, im 22 with 3 years NCB. Drive a 2001 1.8T 150 GTi,

I asked them about the cost of adding mods such as Revo or other bhp increase mod. They quoted me ?350 for Revo, (they base it on %bhp increase.)

My insurance on my TDi was ?402 Fully Comp incl Business etc.. That was with no NCB as all mine are on the Boxster!

My Boxster is renewing at ?695 for fully comp incl Business 25years old (will be this month) and 4Years NCB..... Thats with Churchill. Cant seem to beat them at the moment....

Paying just over ?2k for my 2001 GTI Turbo. Thats fully comp with business use. I'm 21 with 0 NCB (haven't had any crashes/convictions/points though).

And yes I am mad for paying that much!

P.S. I'm sure there is somebody on here paying over 3 grand for a 1.6 Bora!

I don't understand how you can be paying so little ? I pay just over ?500 for a standard 1.8T that's up to 20k miles and business class 1 and a nice postcode, I'm 33 and have 10+ yrs ncb (touch wood !) only blemish is a 3 pointer for speeding .

?760 - not too bad in my opinion. It was ?640 for 15k miles.
