Well I'm back sort of lol

I bought me a ford ranger for work and daid it was a work horse I wouldn't mess with

Already on my to do list is a lift kit, body work, wheels and some interia mods lol

I have a set of Saab 9-5 aero electrically adjustable seats simmaler to these

I want to fit these to the truck, if this was your gof how would you do it?

options so far are weld 4 nuts to the floor of the truck and bolt the seat runners to this

weld the truck seat slider to a frame then weld that to the 9-5 seats

I'm open to any other ideas though

hope you guys are all good

I would say you've got those 2 options to choose from really, unless you make up some plates that connect the trucks slider mounting bolts to the bolts on the Saab sliders? But they'd have to be really strong and I'm not sure how much misalignment there is between the bolt locations so miht not be possible.

I'd rather weld nuts to the truck But how strong would that be? A inch weld will hold a ton of weight but how much force will be on 4 nuts when breaking\ accelerating

How do the golf rails fit in the golf? Do they bolt to the chassies or is there a bolt coming out the chassie that you put the rails on then a nut? If that makes sence ( bolt out chasie, rail, nut)
