Hello peeps, i know this has been raised before but i want to be very specific about what i want so someone on here who knows about this can point me in the best direction. Basically i want a bora TDI and wish to lower it 40mm on 18's, mating standard shocks to a pair of lowering springs but i have heard that some of them when they are on can actually leave the rear of the car higher than the front ?

So basically, i would like to know from someone who has done it if they could point me towards some quality springs that will absolutely bring it down 40mm and be dead level. Also if there are any to avoid let me know :)

cheers in advance

Liam

Ahhhh you've ganged up on me :p

Those jom coilies look very reasonably priced and well made so i am considering it.

With the 18's on jom coilies how low could i go without problems ?

18"s and 'JOM' lowered 35mm on front, 70mm on back

No problems whatsoever, unless i want more than 2 people in the car.......

Then a bit of arch liner rubbing when you hit a bump, but does no damage really.

Go for it mate [Y]
