Hi,

my headgasket has gone so have been taking it apart, how do you lock or set the timing up? the arrow near the fllywheel the haynes manual says about isnt there and i dont have the locking tool for the fuel pump end, can i do it just with a locking pin? ifso whereabouts is it?

there is a hole in the camshaft sprocket that you can put a drill bit in. You dont need to do anything with the fuel pump as its not timed. The crankshaft sprocket should be locked with the special tool. I couldn't find any flywheel timing marks either so I made my own.
