hi when my car is running without aircon on it sounds sweet as a nut but when u put air con on it makes a slight rattleing noise is this normal or not

been up local vw dub garage and the pulley nut is tight had fans checked while there and they seemed fine, noise is still there and they didnt know what it was ????????????

just spoke to another vw dealers and they think its the aircon compressor but will cost alot of cash what do u all think

thats good mate will give it a try how much was the belt can i do it myself
