Just fitted joms to mine and fitted 5mm but u reckon 10mm would be better if you want to go lower than 45mm .

What width rims and offset you running

with 8.5j's you will need 5mm spacers on the front only.
I have read that you will need 5 mm ones on the front, But some people say 10mm if you are going really low,

If you wnat I have a set of 5mm ones im not using & will be putting them in the clasifieds later
ive gone quite low.. and 3mm spacers did the job with JOM coilovers too...
im slammed as low as possible and i got 15mm spacers. thats on a Bora tho.
If you wnat I have a set of 5mm ones im not using & will be putting them in the clasifieds later

just another quick question...will i need spacers on the rear or only on the front?
Sorry to high-jack, I am also buying some JOM coilovers as a late christmas present.

Am Currently running standard alloys (99 GT TDI 110). Not sure on the size? 15/16?

Will I need spacers or anything? Or just wait until I upgrade to my 18" later in the new year?

Cheers :) - MItch
hello mich you should'nt need any spacers with standard 15/16" wheels
Well that will save alittle money for now then! :) Cheers
Hi,

Do you need spacers for JOM coilovers and 225/45/18 alloy wheels?
