Hello new member Barrow-in-furness
Hello all @ UK mkivs, first legally legitimate on road car, past car test last November. got myself a 2 owners totally std except stereo golf tdi on 03 plate ATD indigo blue.. not totally new to forums as owned and still have CCM r30 (big bike license since Aug 2008 and contributed and stuff on their aficionados forum.
Well bikes turned into a garage show pony an the commute to work isn't all fun on 2 wheels so always wanted a golf mk4 since teens and 6 months looking finally purchased one.
Already done a mini service (oil change petronas 3000 for pd engines, Mann oil and air filter change, crosland fuel and pollen filter change and new serpentine belt and wipers. Things to do next are suspension shocks springs and mounts as miles are on the current and hopeing you guys can give me some pointers thinking bilsteins and std or sport springs and maybe an ARB on rear. If I can do myself I can afford to refurbish some avus 2 wheels I picked up of flea-bay. Also cv joints where advised on last mot so may as well,, and dogbone mount.
Ok less waffle need to start searching first before the stupid questions
