noo i mean from when you apply for your licence back before you ban is up!
Check the DVLA site....they have everything.
It doesnt really matter, as you can drive the day your after your ban ends.

I think mine took about a month, suppose it depends how busy they are.
Unless you need to re-sit your test.

THen you would need L plates and a driver over 21 with experience.
If your daft enough to banned in such short a time that you need someone over 21 with you, then you shouldn't get it back [whistle]

He did the crime and has done the time.

Yes, unfortunately serving your ban is just the beginning rather the end [N]
My mrs got done for drink driving and served 18 months then got her license back and i put her on my CLEAN lnsurance for 3 years, then this year i got traders policy for the garage and they said 'ditch her' which i did and she on her tod now and havind her knickers puled down every month, which she well derverses.Period
She can expect to have them pulled down for atleast another year, if that makes it upto 5.

Then wait another 6 years till she can have them removed [:|]

Correct Phil, and i think her insurance will come down in a year

point is she could of killed someone so she should have to pay, there is no room for people like that/her on the roads.
