Hehe, I knew what mod that was going to be just from the subject title [;)]

Mine makes no noise until you floor it, in fact it's possible to drive without ever making it roar, so it's kinda stealth when I want it to be. When I want to have some fun though nearly everyone gets out of the way. I had some idiot in a 318 Compact right on my rear bumper for a good mile or two on the A3 last week, I dropped a cog and booted it and he backed right off when it started howling [:D]

I've only gave it a 0-60 blast on my road and it turned a few heads
which made me smile, but i think its quite addictive as i want to go
and give it a blast right now, but i'll have to wait untill tommorow
mornin when i drop my brother off at college which is a few mile run.

These may be stupid questions, but hey-ho....

1. Where is the filter element then?

2. Can these be fitted to a 130PD?

3. Any difference in performance, or just makes a sound?

4. How much?

5. How easy to fit? (is it a bumper off/strip car down in a Johnny-5 "disassemble" style?)

6. Is this a CAI? same as Carbonio?

You could e-mail Don Marshall at K&N in the UK, [email protected], very helpful chap, and ask if they do an application for your particular car. They have a pretty wide range, I don't know about other brands, I think Pipercross will be the other major brand with a lot of applications. Then order it from www.motorsportworld.co.uk and you'll basically get the ex. VAT price (and even then it will still hurt!)

Its behind the passenger duct and its a big mo fo.

Yep I think

Before it used to have a surge of power at 1800 rpmish now its just constant all the way to the 4500 rpm limiter.

?140

Yep the bumper has to come off and the batteryu has to come out, took me about 30 mins all in all to fit.

Yep its the same as the carbonio, and its made by the people who do the tuning for bmws (dinan) so it's a nice piece of kit.
