Well my fellow "more power seekers" the A3 is getting Upsoluted next week.

'Tis a good price and they reckon 175bhp out of it. I have to book it in but all going well I will get it done some day next week.

Need to buy two new tires now though, can't get power down in 1st and 2nd in the wet as it is anymore.

I do have the option to get remapped using Jabba stuff but it's a couple of ??? extra.

On the Gti is was bl00dy amazing, 100% happy!!! Initially there was a lsight problem due to my car being DBW and they loaded the non DBW code onto it (It was right back when the DBW came out so they didn't know better!) but I got it sorted pretty much straight away. I put about 45K on the car in 2 years with the car chipped and it was spot on.

Still took your 20 seconds after posting to realise that bit though so the username is still spot on!

Sounds good though. It's over ?200 quid cheaper than Jabba and I will prob trade her in at the start of next year so less is more I think.

Well dropped off car today...

Spent ?40 on taxis to and from dealer and got back this evening to be told they couldn't do it as Upsolute hadn't sent over the hardware for the 2.0 TDI. They assure the dealer that he will have it within two weeks even though he paid for it in December.

So tonight I am out of pocket by nearly ?60 quid and have a stock car.

Not impressed Upsolute.

Simon did my last 1.8T; a 99 AGU car. You'll never look back; more pull right across rev range. It really transformed the car above 3000rpm.

Shouldn't the dealer have checked that he had the hardware before taking your car in the morning ??This is not upsolutes fault but the dealers.
