front and rear wheel alignment settings needed

hi just need the front and rear wheel alignment settings for my 2003 mk4 golf gt tdi 150 3 door cant seem to find anywhere, also my car is lowered 60mm on aftermarket springs and standard shocks, how much am i looking to see of a differance between standard and lowered i.e the wheel angle differance in degrees/minutes?
