FMIC?

So what front mount intercoolers are people using without having everything hanging out the front on display? trying to fit one on my 4Motion but no room behind bumper.

I really want to try and keep it stealth ;)

Im running a custom single pass FMIC from Darkside Developments but they had to cut out some of the bumper to fit it.

I too wanted to keep it stealth but the dept of the FMIC and pipework routing generally means some cutting is required.

I have a OEM front bumper but could probably go for a R32 genuine one or a Vortex to help hide it.

I also had to lose my undertray to allow fitment,

Cheers for the reply, dont suppose you know the dimensions of it? any pics?
Sorry, no dimensions but I had the biggest I could get fitted in behind the OEM bumper.

The pipework is the biggest diameter they could get away with too.

I should ideally have got a twin pass FMIC as this would have provided better cooling but would of perhaps not allowed me to achieve my current power as I believe the turbo/ecu set up play part part in relation to the size of the IC.
FMIC on a 4motion? is the engine turbo'd? though all teh blocks that came in a 4mo chassis were n/a blocks

And its usually a 2.5" pipework with 2.5" thick core. you need to cut the crash bar to allow the core to slide up and also trim the radiator panel to allow the pipes to sit as far back as possible.
