After a few months of deciding what lights to get i finally decided on Hella RCCR's. Luckily enough a guy in a jazz blue golf parked next to me saw us looking at the rccr's and asked if i was selling mine coz he was interested in them yay!!! [] So hopefully i will get rid of the blue ones soon.

Anyway heres the before pic (the blue ones came with the car)

And heres my new ones....i think they look sooooo much better even though they look more standard, well worth the money[Y]

well you have a black and silver badge so you can swap them over with whatever mood suits you[]

Have you done anything to the interior yet? Like the W8 light mod (well worthy!). I'd love an R32 steering wheel, but like I say, not spending any more on this car.

Whats the w8 light mod?! not done anything to the interior gota GTi badge on the passenger front airbag which looks pretty good.

My car is handling crap since i got the bigger wheels so hoping a strutbrace will help a bit, ill need them anyway once i get it lowered so might aswell get a front one now coz ive got the cash.

W8 light replaces your existing interior light (between the sun visors). It has illuminated icons on it when you switch your lights on, but also gives an 'ambience' light glow which makes all your dash glow slightly red at night and your left leg goes red, also when you change gear, you'll see your hand is red also! However, it's a glow so it doesn't 'light up' the car if you see what I mean. It's really hard to get pictures of, but foxy has some on his website, which I don't have the link for at the mo as I'm at work.

Got my strutbrace fitted, feels much better, really stiffened it up alot....just hoping its not all psychological though.

I'm such a nice bloke! The strutbrace has given you a firmer ride round corners then? Spose roundabout's are better? And general cornering? Anything else firmer?!
