He does get free refills on it for life though, not sure why they did
not mention it! And isn't the commercial use of it more expensive than
?6k?

Didn't catch 5th Gear last night but from the link to his website is quite impressive. Wet sanding paintwork on supercars[:|]

Agreed on the sanding. Orbital polisher on a Maserati MC12 - rather him than me. Mind you, his electronic paint depth gauge was pretty cool and should have helped keep him out of trouble.

Was surprised to see him using a pressure washer though - I thought detailers disliked them ?

?6000 Zymol wax

sooooo Group buy anyone??

As a side,,, does any one actually use any of the Zymol wax/polish products? I use the Shampoo, but thats it!

When I say the wax/polish products I mean the ones that are between ?40 - ?800 otherwise know as "Premiun Products" see here: http://www.zdouk.com/ProductRange.aspx

I'd probably get the Titanium Glaze - 155 @ ?67!![:O]

Wouldn't mind knowing myself either as I'm keen on Titanium too as a result of all the motorway driving I do. Quite keen to know if putting it on with your hands is difficult or not?

Supposedly easier to put on as the warmth of your hands softens the wax, and applying by hand also gives a more even spread and covering.

From what I've read on Autopia & DW, your not getting anything which is any better than P21S, Nattys Blue or Pinnicle wax until you really start spending some serious $$$.

I was going to invest in some before xmas until I'd read this...........& I'll buy anything 99% of the time

Just to echo your comments Jace, I was looking around at the "mass" of comments around P21S and it is hard to justify paying ?67 and upwards for a product that may not be that much better!!

Zymol site talks about the percentage of No. 1 Yellow and the rarer No. 1 White Carnauba in there products but I dunno??? maybe I just need to buy some ?6000 Zymol and compaire it to my other cheapo waxes!

When I was watching that I was thinking, it doesn't look any better than some of the pics i've seen on the forum and dw, I just think he has a good market for people who either have enough money to throw at getting someone in to detail your car or they are too lazy to do it themselves. I think given a good practice and learning how to apply those products, any of us could do that. Okay, so he's got a flash paint depth meter blah blah blah, but look at the result jace has got on his missus corsa there as good as that porsche, imo !
