After getting slightly snowed under trying to plan this meet last time, I can safely say I've got time to sort it now!

I've managed to find a open and easy to find location down on Liverpool's Waterfront. Good for pictures and big enough to accommodate enough cars. Theres a McDonalds across the road and, if need be, plenty of restaurants near by for those that want some proper grub []

Date wise - I'm thinking first a weekend in September? Can't do the 5th Due to Trax so maybe the week after? Let me know what you all think....

We could hook up with some of the Seat Forums for this as well, as the location I have in mind can hold about 1000 cars [8D]

If it's a Sunday, any weekend in September will do - most of my Saturdays are filled already. (ooh, get him).

P.S. Does the location in question have big doors by any chance? []

I take it your thinking of the kings dock area? Beware though the police do not like any silly business around there as Canning place (Merseyside police headquarters) overlooks it! I am speaking from experience here....

Yeah mate Kings Dock, car park adjacent to the Customs building. It was used for cruises on a Friday night but has since had the gates shut at 8pm each night, but remains open during the day on weekends as an overspill for the Albert Dock.

There'll be no funny business at the meet however, we like to keep low key []

Yep ive got a card mate, i can sign up to 6 guests in so if you nip down before the meet you can join its free and your it only takes two mins to fill the forms out and your allowed in 24hrs after joining so then we can get 12 people in, food is good and nice bar aswell.
