And i'm still suggesting Freeport Braintree as a location?...(large carpark, and the A120 is a main route there ;o)

The 17th is looking good, or the 18th. Could make it an afternoon late lunch type meet - the food outlets at freeport are spot on for choice. Gotta love the place! - its the perfect meeting spot.

as far as i know the 17th/18th is the best bet if you wanna dodge the other events in sept - otherwise early oct???? nah **** that!! sept sometime it is.

i dont mind when it is really as long as its the 17th /18th! []

sounds like a plan..... last freeport meet it was rather packed if i remember right! we had to use the over spill area of the car park - which was probably better
