Not posted any pics for a while so thought i'd share these....

PC'd the car two weeks ago over a period of 2 days (in my new garage [:D]) but didn't have time to use all my new products so just applied a layer of Poorboys Nattys Blue. Really pleased with the finish though and it's now 95% swirl free! When I get a bit more spare time i'd like to try out my Megs #7 glaze and Poorboys EXP sealant.

Anyway, I got a little carried away over the weekend and decided to give the engine bay a good clean.

The car has covered 62k and has just gone 4 years old.

Your car's awesome mate. I got some of that PB natty's blue, gonna give it a whirl tommorow if the whether holds out on me. Only thing is, its really dry in the tub, was yours like that? And is it easy to apply/ buff compared with other waxes?

I used AG engine and machine cleaner and then dressed the plastics with AG vinyl and rubber care. I didn't leave the dressing on for too long to avoid the super glossy look (which looks naff IMO).

Always do mine with the engine off.

Just be sensible with the pressure washer jet, i.e. DO NOT aim it directly at any electrical connectors, airbox, MAF etc.

Also, do not concentrate the jet on any particular part - keep moving it briskly.

This is how i've always done it on mine and my family's cars and never had any problems.
