Hello all

I know I say this every month but I cant thank everyone enough for making the effort and the event what it is plus you got the be mad to withstand the weather we?ve been having lol.

Well another month gone by (I know flipping quick haven?t had time for anything) and it?s come round to that time again. So on Tuesday 22 nd Feb we?ve got normal monthly meet.

Also wrap up good as the last few months its been flipping cold/freezing lol and as the name gives it away Ace Cafe does provide a great Cafe service so take advantage of it.

Also please take a min to look at the new website is still being developed with Adrian doing more work/little touches and give me your comments.

Now for the usual crap sorry comments lol

so it?s a quick reminder that on Tuesday the 22 nd Feb Jan there will be the usual monthly meet starting from 7pm. As usual please come early for parking inside.

For those still unsure meet is in West London just above Hanger lane off the m40 on the beginning of the North Circular A406 and about 1 hour away from Guilford, Essex Reading Etc all depending on Traffic and m25

Unless you?re travelling from south - south east London and going through the centre of London you will not be charged for the congestion charger which finishes after 6:30pm.

nope

sadly thats something ive got no control over and down to the owner. like mention before the plans have been put fowards just waiting for counsil to sort it out, dont knwo why its taking so long its not a residential area so shouldnt be a prob

He also has plans to tarmac the plot next door for extra space but thats been going on and on for a while.

but its coming upto summer now so it wont be that bad (i guess lol)

Whats it like in comparison to the last wednesday of every month - max power night?

Is it a lot more mature/relaxed with the VAG lot? I found that there was alot of un-called for attitude on the wednesdays.

its a completely different night IMO

everyone talks to each other i.e looking advise or tips

it doesnt matter if uve got a rust bucket or show car people still ask questions etc i.e what work you going to do or how youve doen something

and its really relaxing

if I see someone standing in the corner by themselves I try to get over to talk to them so they get involved etc

If you look across vag forums i post up on ull see peoples comments

but i try to make it as relaxed and chilled out as possible and seems to have worked upto now (unless you lot are hiding anything lol)

ive been twice to max power night and hated both times its just OTT rubbish and attitude

I should be coming along to this one. My mate with his S3 may come aswell as another mate with a Corrado VR6 and his mates with a mk2 16v and another Corrado with a 260bhp S3 lump.

Great thats good news. TBH i wouldnt even want to park my car inside on a max power nite as it is always rammed with eeeejjjjjyyyyaaatttss! (excuse my language[:I])

Just got back but forgot my camera. Just aswell as my car is filthy! I think I saw a couple of other mk4's there. Anyone from here? Didn't get to talk to too many people as I was too busy drinking tea in the cafe. It was crazy cold, my toes are still thawing out.
