Huuuuuuuuuuuuge turbo! Well, ok, not huuuuuuuuge, but bigger than your normal K03 and K04.

As it's bigger, it pushes more air in to the engine - more air + more fuel = faster car [:D]

However, if you go for a bigger blower, you'll want all the gubbins that go with it as well, intercooler, dv, stronger hoses etc etc

Its a roller bearing turbo off a scoob sti spec C rated somewhere between 320 and 350hp.

Jabbasport/dynalynx produce a manifold for it, and Jabba can supply other peripherals to help to complete an instalation, or you can source them yourself.

It's and ?8-16,000 labour of love by the time the cars finished, and it's where you end up when you're bored with your 150-200-250hp front wheel drive golf.

It's more a comment on what the current IHI owners have spent.

ie Brakes, suspension, clutch, diff, flywheel, wheels, intercooler, exhaust, etc etc.

Most of them have spent nearer the ?16k than the 8k

More if you include rear badges and many gallons of octane booster [;)][;)]

Still, from seeing most these guys faces (and having a ride in Johns BEFORE it had the IHI!!), it's worth it [:D]

Sure, I thought you meant just for the kit itself and fitting. What brakes are you running with your setup then Wilko... 993 kit?

I soooo need a ride in one of these beasts, then again probably not as I'd just want to go that route myself.

Bet the IHI badge confuses a few people [;)]
