When I turn left at slow speed there is a creaking noise which seems to be from front right wheel.
Here's the video.

Had car on jackstands to flush the brake fluid and had a look around. Couldn't replicate the noise.

But I noticed the rubber seal on the tie rod end has cracked - could this be the cause?

If replacing tie rod end, should I do both sides at same time? The left looks fine but I guess car will need wheel alignment anyway?
The suspension is only 2 years old. Should I remove the top bolt and then spray lubricant down? WD40 or does it need to be something special?

@ttg4l you were spot on, thanks.
I jacked up the front of the car, lifted the front sway bar a little, undid the screw and sprayed WD40.
Now all is quiet.

I'll do the outer tie rod ends and tie rod assembly at some stage.
