Well said goodbye to the anni today picked up the new motor from the dealers they put ?10 of petrol in from empty so just to see what mileage i could get i sat at 50 to 60 all the way home took some doing specially with the wee fella wanting to give it some welly.

We went a wee run after tea again sat at 50 to no more than 60 and stopped off for petrol on the way home. i have to say i was really impressed the trip was sitting at 75miles a little above the red much better than i thought the computer was sitting at 30 mpg [^]

Out of the petrol station and time to give it a good thrashing certainly felt a bit quicker than the chipped anni and the handling was miles better even though the anni had Eibach suspension . All in well impressed so far even the Mrs was impressed although she did moan about the exhaust noise from inside the car [] too bad []

nice one, i went over to Holmfirth in mine today, some very nice roads, the car looked, sounded and handled superbly, i love this motor!

You will love it round all those roundabouts in Livi, one tap of the throttle mid turn and you can get a beauty of a drift of an R32

Tell the missus the exhaust note get quieter over time!

Picking mine up next week, so hope the wife doesn't say the same!

Tell the misses that the solution to the loud exhuast is to get a milltek catback!

Much quieter than stock, but yet managing to sound sexier!

i was in verve in glasgow two days ago and there was a silver one in the back compound was this your one? []

glad you love it and 75 miles from a ?10 is very good going but was that mostly motorway miles home?

Craig got it from the Wishaw Branch think it was there all week but it was in the Glasgow branch to start with. When i went in to get it yesterday the salesman said there had been people phoning up and somebody in to see it off this forum already they have another two anni's for sale as well one petrol, one diesel it was strange flooring it yesterday and still being able to see the cars behind .

tbh that red one clinched it for me too it was really smart but there's not many come up for sale . Think i'll leave it standard till the warranty is up this time though.

it feels mega sporty compared to the anni there's no doubt about it !!! [^] not sure there's much in it performance wise though
