Cleaning throttle body

Is there any reason I cannot completely remove the throttle body from the car to clean properly. Bit cold out, would be a more pleasant and thorough job inside the house.

yes you can remove it completely

undo the throttle body plugs and pipes, undo the four torx screws and take it off. make sure you close your bonnet as you dont want water and other stuff getting in there.
