The passenger door on my Mk7 Golf is making a grating noise and I notice that the check strap is moving. The screw needs to be tightened. It looks to have a torx head. Does anybody know what size it is?
The last two check straps I have had problems with have been due to the unit seizing and then eventually snapping (which did get rid of the noise though).
