Hmm could be cosmic green, or perhaps emerald green, difficult to tell in light... I did find that same car on autotrader tho!!![]

I think it's Oceanic Green, I remember that being a brightish green in the 2001 model brochure. (no im not an insane collector of VW brochures, its the only one i've got honest)

We only got 'bright' (like mine), 'oceanic' (like Eds, as Laura says), and 'cosmic', and to me it doesn't really look like any of them (probably the light though). Looks most like the rave green that our American friends got, but unlikely...

Yeah, I can name it,.......... "Bloody Awful" !!!

But seriously,...it is Green Collection, they stopped manufacturing Golfs in that colour from 2002 I think,...Thank god !

Bright green is ACTUALLY a really dark green!! (maybe some germans where having a laugh when they named it)
