can i get philips ultra blue on the highstreet...?

and if not, what are the best, brightest, whitest, "blue" headlamp bulbs i can get on the highstreet? I have to get them first thing tomorrow morning....i cant wait for an ebay delivery.

do you mean bluevision? if so halfords dont do them im afraid so im screwed around here haha!
Got some super brilliance blue halfords homebrew for christmas though, do you know if they are any good? coz i may take em back n put em towards some blue visions.. [:|]
