Bumpers... (again!)

Hi guys,

Yet again I have a question about the comparison of two bumpers ;)

Which one of those two bumpers look most like an OEM MK4 R32 front bumper? Or which one looks best in your opinion?

I know genuine bumpers are the way to go but they are just too expensive for me to justify buying them, especially since I'm a poor student :p

Any input will be greatly appreciated

if you look at what grills they use, the first one looks like it uses the pucka grills, so that would be the better one in my opinion, as the other uses black chicken wire

Oh yeah, thanks for pointing that out  definitely going for the first one then if I still can't find a genuine bumper
Neither of them look OEM as they don't have headlight washer covers.

Yeah I noticed that  unless a cheap genuine r32 bumper crops up, I have to make that compromise as I really can't pay what some people want for their bumpers!
You could always stick just the covers on even if you don't fit the washers.
Yeah could do, that would just be a glue-on job wouldn't it?
Hi can anyone with a Mk4 R32 golf sporting a Milltek GT100 tipped exhaust please help.. i need to know the measurements highlighted in the red box's on the image..

i wanna cut the lower black plastic valance on my GT TDI bumper to house them as part of Milltek system. i want to butch it if thats all i end up destroying leaving the top part intact. I really think i can do this virtually hassle free and with just the black plastic being butchered.

Please can you always start a new thread when asking your own question like this instead of resurecting ones that have been dead for ages.
