Pictured at the Essen Show late last year is this rather smart GTI. It's lowered (H&Rs) with RH 19s. Not sure of the width but they look wider than 8.5s? Or maybe they are a lower ET than is normal for the MK5, making them stick out to nearer the edge of the arch? I am trying to decide which 19s to buy, what do reckon to these?

The wheels are one aspect that I really dont want to change. They are so unique-looking. I wouldnt want to get rid of these subtle styling elements of the new GTI. The wheels do look really nice though (hate the GTI sticker/badge on the side)

That car is FECKING gorgous. The wheels set teh car off superb and the drop is spot on. By the way what is the offset and ET of the MK5?

Lowered very well tho, but would prefer different alloys.

I think the R32 wheels would work well on the GTI.
