Love the third photo - How do did you take that one?

Its called depth of field. At a guess the camera must have been set to auto and looking at the available light it must have opened the apeature on the lens.

Open apature minimum dof

close max dof.

I guess that effect is only available on expensive digital cameras with a manual focus?

Anyone recommend a book on taking great photo's with a digital camera. Some of the shots forum members are taking are really superb.

[:I] err, nothing quite so fancy I'm afraid. Its a photoshop technique called gausian blur[:I]

Anyone recommend a book on taking great photo's with a digital camera. Some of the shots forum members are taking are really superb.

I got a great book for my birthday published by haynes entitled 'how to photograph cars.'

Just joking, she's a very nice & clean car, good deep shine, what do you use to wash/wax her with ?

Silver vision bulbs ?? Please tell me more or insert weblink

Cool back light clusters too, got a better rear view picture of them, were you get them from too ??

Cheers fellas. I use Turtle wax colour magic, probably requires application more often than Maguires etc but i find it the best for black paintwork.

The clusters are Inpro from Venom Motorsport ?145 inc vat.
