Since there are so many options available on MKIVs I wondered what other owners thought were the most useful and least useful options on their cars?

the sports suspension aint an option on the GTI......its standard....

worst option.......hmmmmmmm.......as options, they are all useful......

best option - winter pack, mmmm heated seats!! Worst part of that option is the slightly pointless headlamp washers that only seem to water the lens, rather than clean them!

most usefull has to be heated seats, and the worst must be the non optional boat like suspension

Yep, headlight washers are rubbish. The only thing they do is leave a messy streak up the bonnet from the fluid !

Most pointless on mine has to be the sunroof. What's the point when you've got climate control and live somewhere it's never sunny?

I'm torn between xenons (look soooo cool) and heated seats for best.

Although headlamp washers are pretty pointless, love the way they pop up!

yep, better than a set of mole grips on the steering shaft!

Arm Rest is great IMO

best option for me is the heated seats - a God send in the winter on a diesel.

Got to be heated seats for the best option - mine are permanently on through the winter[:I]

I'd also go for a sunroof as another "best" option, although I don't have one. Useful for warm weather as opening the window messes my hair up too much[:I] It also makes the car look more sporty in photo's I reckon! It also lets fresh air in without making it too cold.

I have a hands-free one for when I'm on the phone [)]

I like the sunroof - even in winter it's usually tilted because I like the ventilation it provides without being draughty.
