They will fit, maybe runnig on the limit of the fuel pump at 270bhp? You will need to run them at 3bar and have the injection constant mapping areas changed by your tuner or you could trim them using lemmiwinks? (I have never tried it using lemmiwinks but know tuners using it to rescale the fuel)

JBS probably do it - its not a cheap job tho mate - you looking at the better part of 1k for the turbo alone if im not mistaken

a grand is alot cheaper than a k04 conversion. If it runs on the standard manifold and just needs injectors and a map, thats cheap.

CR Turbos will hybrid your k03s or k03 for 585 all in i believe. This along with 3" MAF, injectors, FMIC, Decat, TIP and custom map should see 270 IIRC

hmm, its 1440 quid, they claim 260 on just that and a remap, I remain sceptical that the K03 manifold can flow that much air.

a mate had a K03s hybrid and all sorts on his mk3 ibiza cupra and only got 240bhp but about 330lbft!

The max I have taken a Cr Turbo ko3 hybrid was 270bhp on an AGU, there are other tuners claims of 280+bhp, but I stopped where I thought was the safe sweet point.

I think a good set up will be a realistic 270bhp 280lbft which aint got huge peak power but will have a lot of area under the torque curve where it counts. There are talk going on with turbo builds to produce a direct bolt on ko3s hybrid which can flow enough for 300bhp....

Im confused, I was told by JBS that the K04 manifold on my car was a limiting factor in getting 300 Bhp, how can someone now be saying they can achieve that with a k03 manifold, which having seen one off the car, is a pitiful thing, my nob is wider than the runners.

it would need a larger compressor housing wouldn't it? the standard one is teeny.
