My golf 1.8 T keeps blowing the passenger side rear light bulb every couple of days.i have checked it all with a multimeter and all the wiring seems fine.anyone else had this problem and any cures for it.

Seems to be limited to the drivers side, the fitment is perfect and there's no sign of any damp/condensation.

like i said it goes every couple of days so will be costing around ?6 a month just for bulbs[:(!]

mine too. 1st the rear passenger side brake bulb blew, and again, then the drivers side, back to the passenger side - at which point I changed both bulbs and fingers crossed, its been ok since.

i've had no problems what so ever.......but then i've got lexus lights.[:I]........never cost me a bean since fitted.(and they don't condensate).

changing to yank spec r,s,r,s lights as soon as Shaqs bulbs get here.will be pretty peeved if they start blowing[:O]
