Advice needed please - Pebble dash / Cementing or Insulation?

Hi guys

The exterior of my daughter's bedroom is exposed to the elements and it is VERY cold in her room. I was wondering if I get the back of the house pebble dashed or cemented will it help keep the room warm for longer?

Alternatively, I was thinking of putting a small timber frame on the inside (on the bricks), filling it with insulation, and then plaster boarding and plastering the walls.

Can someone please advise.

when we had an extention built during the summer the builders used this stuff.

Its warm to touch and keeps our timber built extention really warm even now when its -8'c outside. They do all different sizes and thickness.
