It's not the prettiest of welds, but I'll flap it back and tidy it up. It needed quite a kink to get it round. Had no response from the seller about it which is quite disappointing, so I've logged a PayPal dispute. I didn't have any cast ali to make up the gaps, so it needed quite a bit of filler.
This means the throttle body now clears - it's still mega tight against the headlight adjuster but I'll be able to shave it slightly if I need. I've got solid mounts so it won't move anyway.

And redid the inlet AGAIN. I've done this 3 times and never liked it each time. Tried facing the filter straight forward and much prefer it that way. I might bring it a little closer to the block today.
The turbo has no oil feed just now, but I wanted to see if it spins...
It's so revvy with the light flywheel (4kg). I can't wait!
