Cool. A military air vehicle. That has never been done before *cough* Top Gear/Clarkson *cough*.

This programme is so lame and trying to copy TG so much. That guy needing the haircut and shave is terrible too.

much better show than last year and yes it is a top gear rip off but it seems a lot fresher and that can only be a good thing. Glad its an hour now so they dont have to skip over things.

however

VBH looked like a crack whore.

I liked it. Top Gear has got a bit repetative recently. It always
just seems to be Clarkson doing donuts in another car on the track that
constitutes a 'road test'. It's all very well the first time, but I
don't want to be reminded of his lack of driving skill every episode!

Agreed. However, 5th Gear seems to mimic it more and more......

Boring; I taped it and got through it in 30 mins. Skipped the silly aircraft bit. I (my personal opinion) would like this, or TG, to have a 10 min "boffin" slot instead of nonsense. People are forever asking about Optimax or tyres. If they can spend ?6K on Schumachers seat they can spend ?6K on testing some of these things.

Rant ends.....

Despite my early critism I liked it! Blatantly copying the Top Gear
idea but better, wall to wall cars, i'm sure they're not gonna waste
their time with torpedo car dominos or how fast does a Smart Car have
to go before it goes smush!

Top Gear is becoming silly now to the point of 'yeah, get on with
it.....' My gf used to watch with me but it's becoming fading
interest (especially the last series) for her. I enjoy the
entertainment but equally would like real life proper road tests.
Clarkson is a good presenter for the masses but also a great pretender
on motoring knowledge. Someone should also teach him how to hold
a powerslide too 5th Gear maybe copying some bits from TG but at
least they can drive.
