got an expantion tank cover very cheap quite a while back but washer bottle didnt sit right in the space,so finaly got around to getting and fitting a 5.5lts washer bottle.

but anyone thinking of doing this be warned,it's an absolute nightmare to fit.[!]

Looks good! That bottle is indeed a bummer to fit!

Do u have part numbers for the plastic cover and fitting pieces etc.

I am looking to get the same parts for the engine bay.

the smaller bottle comes out very easy.

but as you can see it goes into the wing quite away and the new bigger one also sticks out in engine bay quite away.

so you need to move the in let rubber pipe out of the way and the power stearing bottle and the one next to it(not sure what it is?)also a lot of the wires for the head lamp needs to be moved to one side.

then trim off some of the front bolt hole on the bigger bottle.and the bigger bottle has a second pump hole on the front for the headlamp washer,this needs a grommet and silicone to seal it.

then lots of twisting and turning to get it in there.

What is the colour match like with the expansion tank cover and the engine cover?

Is your expansion tank cover the black one with the hammered/speckled finish? and do they do a plain black version?

Are you considering the battery cover also from a TT/S3?
